If they have time to ask for your vote, they have time to answer this. Send it to your House and Senate candidates. Ask senators staying in office, too.
We call on every member of the incoming Congress—House and Senate, every party—to support independent investigations and prosecution of sexual abuse and human trafficking in Jeffrey Epstein’s network, including anyone who knowingly enabled those crimes, wherever the evidence warrants.
Support the Epstein Files Transparency Act II, or equivalent successor legislation. Use congressional oversight to uncover the evidence and protect survivors.
No exceptions for wealth, power, or party.
Why is there an Act II?
Congress passed the first Epstein Files Transparency Act in 2025. Thomas Massie, Ro Khanna and their colleagues have introduced a follow-up that would let survivors, state officials and members of Congress sue over unlawfully withheld records.
Act II still needs to pass. If it has to be reintroduced when the next Congress takes office on January 3, 2027, we expect them to back it. That’s why the pledge includes successor legislation.
And after they answer?
Keep the answer. Ask how they’ll vote. Keep asking once they’re in office. A campaign promise is useful only if we remember who made it.
