The project asks candidates for the U.S. House and U.S. Senate to support lawful investigation, victim and witness protection, due process, prosecution when evidence supports charges, and public accountability. It does not declare that every person named in an Epstein-related record committed a crime.

A name, photograph, contact entry, flight record, or court reference is not proof of guilt. Users may not use this site to threaten, harass, impersonate, or make unsupported accusations against another person.

When you submit the form, you agree that:

• The information is yours and is substantially accurate.
• You control or are authorized to use the submitted email address.
• You will not submit another person's name without their permission.
• You will not automate submissions or try to defeat security controls.
• Your name counts only after email verification and fraud review.

We may reject, de-duplicate, make private, or remove a record that cannot be verified, violates these terms, or threatens the integrity or security of the project.

Candidate statuses are based on documented outreach and responses. A status may change when new evidence arrives. Silence is not an explicit refusal. Details of the process and how to challenge a record appear on the transparency page.

Site information is provided for public education and advocacy. It is not legal advice, and no result from the project is guaranteed.
