Epstein Pledge is a for-profit advocacy project operated by Triway Corporation. It does not accept donations. The same published standard applies to every party.

Money

The project began with $1,000 from Triway Corporation. At launch, it has accepted no outside funding.

Operating money comes from Triway Corporation and merchandise revenue. It is used for operations and growth, including web and email infrastructure, research, candidate outreach, design, production, fulfillment, and distribution.

We do not solicit or accept donations. A shirt or sign purchase is a retail sale, not a charitable contribution, and is not tax-deductible.

Public names

Adding a name and counting a name are two different steps.

The signer submits a name, email address, ZIP code, and state.
Cloudflare Turnstile screens automated submissions.
A one-time verification link is sent to the submitted email address.
The name remains pending until the signer confirms it.
Duplicate or fraudulent records do not count.

A signer's name may be shown publicly only if the signer checks that option. Email addresses, phone data, and ZIP codes are not published. Adding a name does not create permission for campaign emails or texts.

Candidate record

Every candidate for the U.S. House and U.S. Senate gets the same question. The public tracker starts empty. A party label, rumor, news clip, or unanswered message is not a pledge record.

Status	What it means
Not yet contacted	No documented outreach is on file. This is not a refusal.
Asked	The pledge was sent and a delivery record was kept.
Awaiting response	Delivery is documented and the response period remains open.
Signed	The candidate or an authorized campaign representative signed.
Explicitly declined	The candidate or campaign declined on the record. Silence does not count.

Before a status is published, we check the candidate, office, jurisdiction, response, date, and supporting source. The tracker will link to evidence when the source can lawfully and responsibly be made public.

Corrections

Candidates, authorized campaign representatives, signers, and members of the public may challenge a record. Email nedal@comrse.ai with the record, the requested change, and the best available evidence.

We review the underlying evidence before changing a status. Material corrections will identify what changed and when. A documented disagreement is not silently converted into a refusal, and a missing response is never labeled a refusal.
