Your name is not a mailing list.

• Your first and last name.
• Your email address and a keyed fingerprint used to detect duplicates.
• Your ZIP code and state or territory.
• Your choice about whether your name may appear publicly.
• Your verification status and the date of the submission and confirmation.
• If provided, a keyed fingerprint of your mobile number. The readable number is not stored in the signer record.
• Limited security data, including a keyed fingerprint of the submitting IP address, browser user-agent data, and CAPTCHA results.

• Send the verification email requested by the signer.
• Confirm that a signature belongs to a reachable email address.
• Prevent duplicate, automated, and fraudulent submissions.
• Count verified signatures by state or other broad jurisdiction.
• Publish a signer's name only when that signer chose public display.
• Protect the site, investigate errors, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent signer information. We do not publish email addresses, phone data, ZIP codes, IP fingerprints, or browser data. We do not use a pledge signature as consent for promotional email or text messages.

We use a small number of providers to run this process:

• Supabase hosts the signer database.
• Resend delivers verification email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile screens automated submissions.
• Our web host processes ordinary request and security logs.

These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction involving Triway Corporation.

Unverified submissions are kept for a short verification and fraud-prevention period and are normally deleted or de-identified within 30 days. Verified records are kept while Epstein Pledge operates a verifiable public count or until a valid deletion request is completed. De-identified totals may remain after a record is deleted.

Security and delivery logs are kept according to operational need and provider settings. We may preserve a record longer when reasonably necessary for fraud investigation, a legal obligation, or the resolution of a dispute.

You may ask to see, correct, make private, or delete your signer record. Email nedal@comrse.ai from the address used to sign, or explain another safe way for us to verify the request. We may need to retain minimal fraud-prevention information after deletion.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian may contact us to request removal.

We may update this notice when the project or its providers change. The date at the top will change when the notice does.
